Easy just ask of I had a drivers license and social.
They also asked about mechanic experience and random easy question about tires and brakes.after the interview I got the job before I could leave the store

When customer come in wanting brakes what are you supposed say/sell
There were two interviews. The management team is friendly, but the job description and compensation is vague. They stress that they have they operate differently than their competitors and will expect you to be open minded about learning their process.
The interview process was easy and smooth I am a rehire from a year ago. Which made it very easy I was an alignment tech before and was rehired as a service manager
