Interview
I called and asked if they were hiring. Luckily they were, so I stopped by and picked up an application. The day I turned it in (the following morning) they had me take a 100 Q. personality/what-would-you-do questionnaire on a little hand-held computer. They scheduled me for an interview for the following day. The interview is one on one with the manager. We went in the back room where the interview took place. They're looking for bubbly, energetic, fun people who truly care about customer service. If you don't like working with people and customers, you should not apply at Maurices.

Interview
In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
