Applied online and a week later i called to follow up, they told me they already hired people so i was out of the running, this was on a monday, the following friday i got a call to set up an interview for the following monday at 2:30. I got there way early so i sat in my car, and waited till 2:20 to go in. She told me I was a little too early, which i though was weird so i sat in the dressing room area and read a magazine while waiting. I went and it was random questions, not most are listed on this website. She was very nice, we sat in the back room. This was my first interview so i was nervous and said um and like a lot.

Sell me this pen, Tell about a time you had to pull the slack up for someone, Tell about a time you were recognized for good work, Tell me about your experience including school up to now, If i gave you $100 where would you spend it.

Interview
In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
