Interview
The process started with a phone interview of about 20 minutes. Within days an in person interview was setup. I met with the HR person and General manager. The interview was more like a “get to know you” and are you a good fit for our small family owned company.

Question 1
What are some leadership strengths you could offer?
15-20 minute phone interview filled with a next day in person interview. Interview was relaxed with few questions asked. It was about an hour long where most of the talking was done with the general manager. I left the interview pretty confident. 2 days later I received a phone call recapping the interview. With what sounded like intent to hire.

Interview
Applied, got a call about 2 weeks later. Came in and met with Plant Manager and HR - both were awesome to sit down with. Plant Manager was a great guy, down to earth and he did not beat around the bush. After 30 minute interview, filled out application and did a personality assessment.
