Interview consisted of a phone call, and a walk thru with a local sup. I was at work in less than a week. Once drug test was done I got an offer.

All questions were from supervisor and existing employees wanting to know my experience. They do NOT discriminate at all, there are people there from many countries.

Interview
2 + reviews. They ask all the basic questions like why should we hire you, tell me a time, how quickly do you learn, are you through. I interviewed with Glenn Matthews and Lori Matthews who were both very pleasant. Eventually a manager by the name of Todd asked more questions then it was over pretty easy very friendly. Great environment. Interview process was more of a conversation than an actual interview
