The phone screen was a list of yes-no-questions. The on-site was a series of friendly conversations with various stakeholders. The hiring manger very politely told me that I was overqualified for the role and would likely get bored.

They asked me to elaborate on a few resume bullet points. There was a straightforward basic skills quiz.
