The process was really quick and to the point but had to go 5 times for in person interviews and was interviewd by different persons. All people that interviewed me was really capable
The interview process was surprisingly brief and ended when the topic of salary came up. Although they called to confirm details, there was no further interest in pursuing any salary negotiations.

overall hiring process was divided into 5 parts 1) interview with HR 2) interview with marketing manager 3) Business case (to plan marketing launch plan for 1 of key products on foreign market) 4) case review 5) case presentation to 4 marketing managers (in english, for 4 russians;) from different product lines (dolls, table games, toys for infants etc)
