Interview
The interview process was structured with 2 rounds usually with Managers. The questions were good and basic interview questions. It was not the most difficult. I suggest you be prepared about situational questions, "what if" and be prepared with specific examples of how you handled things in your own work experience.
Average difficulty. Helps to know about the shipping industry or freight forwarding business before hand. Questions will range depending on the job you apply for. Panels are not uncommon. Likely will have to talk in front of large audience.
