The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Matisia Consultants (Seattle, WA)
Interview
A couple in person interviews, and then no follow up from Matisia despite multiple followups of my own. This is not only unprofessional, but fails to meet the most basic bar of being a potential employer. This experience seems congruent with reviews from numerous current employee reviews.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Matisia Consultants (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Overall, I was pleased with the process. I talked to a lot of folks of various positions within the firm, and was impressed with the consistency of positive comments and feelings about the company. The HR Recruiter I had is one of the best I've encountered in my professional life.

Interview
In-person with recruiter , and then in-person with a consultant. Both interviews were relatively informal and over coffee/lunch.
No follow up at all from the recruiter nor the consultant , despite following up several times with the company. While the people and company seemed great , the lack of ownership and follow up in the interview process transformed the experience into a negative one.
