      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mathnasium in Jan 2016

      Interview

First you will take two tests, one that focuses on basic arithmetic (adding fractions, percentages, long division) and one that focuses on algebra (factoring etc...). If you do well enough on the two tests they will call you back for a teaching trial. This is where they watch as you interact with the students in a tutoring session, this is just to make sure you know what you're doing when it comes to interacting with students. The last and final part is the actual sit down interview where they will ask you various questions.
