I applied through other source. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Mathnasium (Woodstock, GA) in Nov 2014
Interview
Applied via email in response to an ad at my high school and it took many weeks to get an interview. Interview included behavioral questions and a graded math test (mostly algebra and geometry). After passing the test and a background check, I was given an opportunity for a shadow shift then told I would be scheduled for the next week. Didn't hear from the owner/manager for months despite several attempts to get in contact. When I was finally told they could start scheduling me, I had taken a different job.

Question 1
Describe a challenge you've faced and how you overcame it
Straightforward. Took online math assessment and then came in for an interview that was more of a personality check. Manager was friendly and was offered the job at the end of the interview.
