I applied months ago and was emailed by a recruiter to provide answers to a long list of questions relating to my technical experience. A few weeks later, I was able to schedule a screening call with my recruiter which went well. I attempted to follow up with my recruiter about next steps/my status over the course of a month and a half before I gave up (one follow up email every week and a half). I was completely ghosted which made me a little disappointed considering I had done a few coffee chats with current employees which I thoroughly enjoyed and made me legitimately interested in the company. I've never had a recruiter completely ignore my emails before which sadly left me with a bitter taste. I understand if the role was cancelled or the team went with someone else, I just wanted a response back to know.
It was about 4 interviews. Pretty straight forward and most apects of the job were clearly communicated. EDG (recent grads program) was only mentioned towards the latter half of the interview cycle
