I applied online. I interviewed at MathWorks (Cambridge, England) in Jun 2019
Interview
Around 5 stages of interview with staff from Natick and the HR rep from Cambridge before a final in-person interview. The interview process took most of the day and I was mentally and physically exhausted halfway through.

Interview
Phone and onsite interview.
Then recruiter called with verbal offer, hiring manger talked to references and they called me back asking for start date. But i didn’t receive any offer letter yet in written.
They keep you waiting forever. It’s basically their hiring process sucks and it’s very bad.
Usually, outside corporate companies gives an offer written in hand within days if they feel candidate is right fit for the job. Compared to many other corporate companies even they offer bit low pay for Massachusetts with very long time of waiting to hire mostly 3 plus months . They don’t even bother to give any kind of straight forward feedback . Backstabbing always. Be cautious before you give professional references . They interview your references for 30 mins in spite of positive feedback from references there’s a high chance they might not contact you . Very bad hiring process.
