I applied through university. I interviewed at MathWorks
Interview
I talked to the representative at the university career fair and got a phone call from HR 2 weeks after. I was asked a few behaviaral questions and was scheduled a technical interview in one week. The technical interview mainly consists of basic math, control theory, programming and MATLAB. The question is not hard but very detailed. I forgot some of the basic stuff in C and control theory. The whole process went well and the interviewer was nice.

C/C++: what's malloc and calloc

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MathWorks (Paris, ID) in Feb 2018
Interview
Une première interview simple par téléphone. La plupart des questions portées sur mes projets et les compétences que j'ai acquis durant mon cursus et des questions basiques sur mon CV comme les langages de programmation que je connaissais.

Question 1
Quels ont été vos notes durant vos études supérieurs ?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MathWorks (Cambridge, England) in Oct 2017
Interview
After applying online, I had a first interview on Skype with the manager. We talked about my university course, projects I had worked on.
Then, there was another interview with the same manager. This one was a bit more technical.
At the end of this interview, I had another technical interview scheduled but I received another offer before completing it.
After applying online I was sent an email with a link to a video interview. The interview was easy - five simple questions were asked - two were 2 minutes long and three were a minute each. The questions were: How does your experience fit with this role?, What is your GPA?, What is your visa status?, etc. You really do not have to prepare much for the first interview - but it helps to have answers on hand.
