      6 Oct 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MathWorks

      Interview

The interview process would best be described as Long. There were three independent phone interviews (manager, person currently in role and HR) prefaced an all day (5 participant) in person interview when was a presentation and one on one sessions.

      Product Manager Interview

      14 Feb 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at MathWorks in Jan 2023

      Interview

The interview process is extremely lengthy and they have somewhere between 10-15 rounds. Some of the rounds are very repetitive with the same people again and again. Felt like they didn't have clear alignment regarding what they were looking for. Very inefficient process. They make you put together a presentation and all the follow-ups are based on that. They ghost you for 3-4 weeks after that and after several follow-ups, they called back to call in a rejection. I would say don't waste your time and put too many hopes into this interview process with them.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MathWorks (Natick, MA) in Dec 2022

      Interview

Three rounds of managers. HR kept in touch the whole time. Hiring manager and two technical managers. Only about 30-45 minutes each. They tell me lots of time needed for the final in person presentation on site.
