Initial phone interview with HR. guess it is just a formality. Scheduled a technical round in 2weeks. questions were easy no surprises all from glassdoor. answered max was confident that I will get through. got a call from HR again it was surprise asked feedback about interview and gave a deadline if nobody calls me within that deadline I should consider it a reject. in next few days my status said not considered... I am not sure what they are looking for. But heard that they have a lot of requirement for this position.
