A one on one sit down interview with the Field Support Manager. They just ask simple question, and you have to give simple answers. Then they run a background check and you have to go take a DOT physical and drug screen.

It was a joke of a process. If you have friends that work there then you are automatically hired. Just tell them what they want to hear and boom your hired.
