Mastercraft Boat Company interview questions

Mastercraft will walk you around the outdated engineering area known as the hill. Hope you never need to spend any length of time in the lamination area. Interview consists of a lunch with the team to gauge if people think your talkative...to quiet...a know it all...or know nothing. This is not a technical interview but a cultural fit process.

I was interviewed by 5 engineers. Most questions were fairly straight forward. In the middle of the interview, the lead engineer, strolled in and said he didn't want to ask any question today. He sat down and asked me the "greatest weakness" questions. He then decided to take my answer and relate it to my military job and make fun of me.The interview lasted from 8:45 to 3:45 pm and they told me I would hear from then in a few days. I never heard back from them. Most unprofessional interview process I could imagine.
