Horrible experience. Applied months ago for a position that I was uniquely qualified for through an employee referral. Received an interview request almost immediately. Then the recruiter ghosted me and never answered my emails when I requested a follow up. No communication until I got a generic rejection email 15 weeks after the interview with the recruiter. The rejection email was a copy abd paste because hours later I got a canned rejection email from Mastercard. Mastercard, please understand the candidate is also assessing you as an employer and the recruiter is the face of the company and can completely turn away good candidates based on their unprofessional conduct. Completely turned off!
