Interview
It is a simple process of interview, does not take up a lot of time and shows and the questions asked are related to the company and yourself such as what is your background and skills
Relatively quick to move through. Spoke with a recruiter, then moved me on to hiring manager, someone above them, and then supposed to have next steps. Conversations with recruiter and hiring manager felt great, but the person after them clearly seemed to either not care, wasn't impressed, or just had someone else in mind. No clear feedback or conversation, just reading questions down a list and pretty disinterested overall. Disappointing to say the least. From there, heard from the recruiter they felt I was better suited for another role and recommended I speak with someone else for the role.
However, even though I was interviewing for a fully remote role, this other position was not and I had to clarify and ask about this. Very disappointing and disjointed end to what I thought were good conversations to start. Based on what I'm hearing though, even though this is a large company, Mastercard internally is messy and there isn't a clear stream of communication and effective workflows. Make of my experience what you will.

Interview
Muitas entrevistas e teste, cases gigantes, quase 2 meses de processo e desisti no meio do processo, pois já não dava para ter mais entrevistas e cases, já que ainda estava a trabalhar.
