Very Unprofessional experience.....Hiring manager joins the call 10 mins into the appointed time claiming the call with his boss overflowed into interview call time. Was a video call......in which 15 minutes into the call had his kid son interrupting the call a couple of times into the video call. After 45 minutes into the call was asked to prepare a presentation on the country strategy to be presented to the next level of interview with a panel of senior leaders. Was also asked to get in touch with the concerned HR personnel to understand the next dates of the interview and if additional information was required on the topic presentation. Interview went quite well. Subsequently wrote to HR to understand the dates for the next interview. Never heard from anyone. Kept checking on the online portal. After about a month or so, suddenly the online portal shows that they have hired another candidate. It looks like an internal candidate was chosen.
