Interview
First round interview was pretty normal, was contacted after submitting an application online. Manager asked questions and told me more about the company. Everyone was friendly and it felt like a good atmosphere. I was invited back for a second round interview with one of their account managers and I shadowed him for about an hour. I liked being able to see what they did in person versus just an explanation in an interview. Third interview with manager was over the phone to follow up and see if I had any other questions.

Interview
After sending my resume I received a call the next day to set up a face to face interview with the CEO. On the day of the interview he was about 10 minutes late and the office was closed so I called the number they called me from and the person who answered said that he was running a little late! The interview was not really to know about me or my qualifications but a way to sell the company. The job description never mentioned that I will have to be selling products at Sam's and Costco so I found it to be misleading.
