The process was a 30 minute video chat consisting of some information on the company, then some sample questions as to how I would solve customer issues. The person interviewing me, Ivy, was really easy to talk to and really made the process more of a chat than a scary interview. I think too many people try to intimidate prospective employees, which seems counter-intuitive, as you are then getting a more fight/flight version of the individual, instead of their usual personality.
