Interview
They do a phone interview first and ask if you about your availability. Then during the interview if you are hired they will tell you its easy to move up the ladder and make more money, which is a complete lie. The in person interview is just the pitch.

Just asked about me, my strength and weaknesses and what my availability was like. It was a very casual conversation with the manager there at the location. She made me feel super comfortable and was easy to talk to. It didn’t really feel like an interview which was super nice
