Verbal and hands on interview. You give a massage to the interviewer as the hands on portion. It was easy, though they give no real instructions. Be sure to pretend the interviewer is a client from start to finish, including asking where to focus, asking about health background, ask for permission to work on any areas like glutes, pecs, face, scalp, or feet. After sitting down with the manager and discussing my experience and availability, I completed a practical to demonstrate my skills.
