I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, MA) in Mar 2018
Interview
I found the job through indeed.com and applied on the company's website. I honestly forgot that I applied to this job. There is no way for the applicant to contact HR or hiring manager. After about 2-3 months, I heard back from one of the doctors to schedule a phone interview. I passed the phone interview and 2 week later, I schedule and in-person interview. I was interviewed by the attending doctor, a fellow and another clinical research coordinator. It took about 1 hour.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want this job?
What are the qualifications that make you a better candidate?
what are your interest in life (hobby/career)
How do you respond in certain situations? (I was interviewing in a department that work with patient who are severely ill, so a question about death threw me off guard). I have no experienced death in my family (thank God); so I did not know how to respond to that. Be ready for those kind of questions.
