I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, MA)
Interview
Was contacted by someone to do a phone screen. This department received my resume from a previous interview I had at MGH (and did not get the job). I did a 30 min phone call with another CRC. It was pretty easy, just answering questions to clarify my skills and talking about my experiences and resume. I was then asked to come in for an in-person interview a few days later. When I arrived, I met with 4 different people separately. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming, so I did not feel anxious during the interviews. I met with the manager last, and at the end, she said the next step was to be contacted by HR and do a reference check. The reference check took about a week. I was then contacted to set up a time to talk to the manager, where I received an offer for the position.
