Applied online and had started with a phone screen with a recruiter. Phone screen asked basic questions. The next round after that is onsite interview is with various team members.

Interview
Had a phone screening, then was brought in for an interview with the hiring manager. Afterwards, I was told I would be contacted with a decision within 3 weeks. When that 3 week mark passed, I followed up, but then got told they needed another month. This pattern repeated 2 more times, and then they completely ghosted me after. I tried to keep up my follow ups, but ultimately decided to give up. Honestly this was the worst recruiting process I've been through and extremely unprofessional, given the fact that I was brought in, given a tour, and talked with the hiring manager. At least have the decency to tell me I won't be moved up to the next round. A complete lack of empathy as well, considering what job seekers are going through with this pandemic.

Interview
Started with telephonic interview, followed by onsite interview that started with Building tour by the HR and an hour long in person interview by group panel. This followed by an offer letter from HR and request for professional references.
