Hiring and interview process includes different stages such as applying for a job and then later shortlisting of candidates . Then there is an initial telephonic interview by hr followed if a second interview with prospective line manager. Later there is psychometric testing . Once all stages are through then negotiation starts including package. Relocation etc.....

Interview
It was standard, first application process, then HR phone interview, followed by HR face to face, subsequently with the department head and the job owner. No written forms or assessments at this level. Extremely professional.
