This was an initial telephone screening interview. The questions were primarily about my background and how my experiences may relate to the potential job. The interviewer ran through a series of prepared questions but she was pleasant and easy to talk with.

Three interviews overall - escalating with company management and various levels and departments. Focus was on team integration, lean process and financial acumen. Also interest in ability to work across, up and down in the organization. Ability to manage a project and overcome obstacles.
