Maryvale interview questions

First I signed in at their admin. offices and then I had to answer a questionnaire that asked about my past job experience and had to describe a time I've handled a difficult situation with a coworker. I was interviewed by three supervisors. It was pretty straightforward -- they asked about my experience with youth, and what I would do in hypothetical situations. They talked about the population I would be working with and described types of duties/activities Residential Counselors are expected to participate in.

They will call you for a “phone screening” and then invite you to an interview. From there you are asked a few questions and then offered the job same day.
