Definitely longer than it needs to be, so prepare for patience. The interview itself didn't feel like an interrogation, so that's a plus. The interview is a three-panel interview process where you are asked hypothetical questions. It takes quite a while for you to hear back from them. I got my letter to interview three days after the day I interviewed.
