Mary McDowell Friends School interview questions

The interview process was speedy and lovely. Beth and Courtney are both really wonderful people. They have a good sense of who would succeed at MMFS.They are looking for empathy, self-sufficiency, patience, a sense of humor, content area knowledge, flexibility, and teaching skill. They have a very good sense of who would be successful in such a unique environment, and if you are qualified and would be a good fit, they will likely intuit that.
