Interview
I had a direct interview with the most senior Director followed by one with Managing Director and then with the Board of Director. The process was discrete, precise and aimed at telent hunting.

They asked me to explain them what I will deliver in short term, mid term & long term. This was difficult only because I didn't know much of the company insight.
