It was a two-week process of interviews and reviews. Overall it seemed like they really cared about my values and future career goals. I got to meet both the owner and the CEO during my interviews, giving me the impression that they really care about who they hire.

Interview
Came in, got a tour of the entire office, met all the current employees. Asked if I could start that day without really asking me any questions about myself, how I thought I might be a fit for the position, told me I would start out two thousand below my minimum and re-evaluate after 30 days. The re-evaluation never happened
