If you are working at one of the sister stores( Homegoods or TJMaxx) then the interview process is seamless. However, make sure your manager from your former store actually initiates a transfer instead of firing you and letting you get re-hired. Otherwise they will drop you back down to base pay.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Marshalls
Interview
Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
The interview process was quite easy and the interviewers were nice. There was a 10 minute phone screening and then a 20 minute interview with the manager at the store location.
Applied in person then got a call back for an interview. Interview was short and easy, great part time work for students or someone looking for extra money. Only downside is shifts aren’t consistent.
