I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Marshalls (Laredo, TX) in Nov 2012
Interview
Called four months prior to application entry and set up an interview. He asked basic questions, "What do you hope to achieve from this job", "Why do you want this job" etc. It was really simple. They called me back for another interview the next day with the general manager and then it was literally the same questions again and pretty much let me know i was accepted for the job at minimum wage.

Question 1
I think the most difficult question wasn't really hard to understand, but answer. They asked if I knew spanish, and I live on the border to mexico, but raised in an english community. They dont teach spanish in class so I never learned.
Interview process was straight forward and easy, she did not ask that many questions. I answered all of them and was offered the job on the spot. We had 4 hours of paid training before starting my first official shift
Was given the first interview and felt good about it then went to another one and the manager there is very uninterested in the applicants. Started to ask me what role I wanted as if I had a choice and I said whatever is fine and she looked unhappy with that answer
Easy and it was very quick. It was in person and it last for fifteen minutes the interview. It was only one interview process to get hired for the job.
