The online assessment consisted of some LC easy questions. If you pass the OA, then the next round is with HR, which in my case was challenging. (There were a lot of questions related to the company)

A pretty poor experience I did not receive any communications with them even after emailing to see how the progress of the application was going. I have received gotten to last round before and expected the same, they need to improve their communications with potential employees as makes me not want to work there.

Interview
I completed a coding test and got feedback a few days after saying I can proceed to the next stage. The next stage was a non technical interview over the phone. I have then been told that I would be given feedback as to whether I made it through to the final stage which is an assessment center within the next week. It has been a month now and they have not sent any correspondence.
For such a rigorous process and a big company, they should have at least made an effort not to leave an applicant clueless about their application status.
Great opportunity, but this experience could be an indicator of what employee life is like at Marshall Wace.
