Applied directly and was selected for interview in weeks time.
I am a Mechanical engineer with a decade of Aerospace design experience. I worked all these 12 years with major OEM like AIRBUS.
On interview day, i was interviewed by chief engineer.
I was disappointed with lack of professionalism And also they gave model test which i personally believe non sense.
They are selecting a experienced professional and there behaviour was as though they are best professional available in the planet.
Eventually i wasn't selected. But i felt the interview process is quite a joke. Just to show off how intelligent they are rather with the intention to select keep experienced engineer and groom them
