I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Applied directly to website and received an invitation to participate in the superficial Hirevue webcam Interview. to determine how "presentable" you appear. Don't even bother if you're an introvert. They want insurance salesmen and emphasize this greatly. I basically faked my way out of it and appeared to be such a happy camper who loved to sell, sell, and sell. Afterwards, you're invited onsite to interview with different groups. I interviewed in the Los Angeles office and for so called client advisors, they sure are anti-social or just too superficial to acknowledge an "underling". Don't confuse yourself with Goldman Sachs people, you're in insurance, one of the least appealing industries to millennials.
I applied for the position in early February and was selected for a first-round interview shortly afterward. The interview took place on Hirevue. I was not selected for another interview and received an email from the company months later.
