I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Overall, the process was pretty typical: HR phone screen, in-person interviews, etc. It was a bit more drawn out than it perhaps should have been. Make sure you get a full picture of your responsibilities and really dig into the benefits information!

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (New York, NY) in Aug 2023
Interview
The HR team was a dream. They were respectful of my time when contacting me and scheduling interviews. I felt my time was not wasted as it has been in other situations
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
Multiple virtual interviews starting with a recruiter. The recruiter I met with had the wrong job description initially and was 20 minutes late to the interview. There were then 4 interviews with departments heads as well as someone currently doing the role with the recruiter handling the scheduling. At one point, they indicated I didn’t have any insurance experience (I have only worked for insurance companies) and I needed to touch on that, After being told the position was insurance focused and not being asked many questions regarding any project management experience, I was told they didn’t feel there was enough of a project management focus and they were going to go back to the job description since it needed to be rewritten.
