I applied online. I interviewed at Marsh McLennan Agency (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2026
Interview
Very unprofessional virtual interview. One way video call where the interviewers did not turn on their cameras and seemed to be reading off a script.
I was asked questions that did not make sense for the position, and it was clear they didn't care to conduct a proper interview. Hands down one of the worst interview experiences I ever had. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with the team that interviewed me.

Question 1
What is the difference between authentication and authorization?
first interview was a 15 minute phone screening with the recruiter discussing the position and the recruiter asked me to walk through my resume, my salary expectations, if I was interviewing anywhere else. Recruiter was friendly. They moved me to the second round which was a 30 minute zoom interview with a manager. Manager was neutral. I was asked questions about why MMA, why this position, how I stay organized.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Marsh McLennan Agency (Mumbai) in Dec 2025
Interview
It was an on-campus process involving resume screening followed by interview shortlisting. The interview included basic questions about projects, technical skills, and MS Excel knowledge, along with discussions on problem-solving and overall experience.
