I applied online. After completing the application form I had a telephone interview with a talent acquisition manager. It was a screening interview to assess whether I had the right skills for the role. The phone call was fairly relaxed, with the interviewer asking questions regarding my experience and giving me more information about the position. I was then invited for 2 in person interviews: the first one with the hiring manager and the team and the second one with the senior leadership team. The first in person interview was very conversational. We talked about my background, skills and experience and about the team’s goals and expectations. For the second interview I was asked to deliver a 10-minute presentation about a work related project I was proud of, to assess storytelling and design skills.
