First online screening then it was a face to face interview consisted of an exercise and then lots and lots of competency questions. Quite intense and experience definitely required in banking
A two stage interview over the phone and then in person management including slt conduct the interviews. Overall the interviews were conducted professionally but the management were very easy to talk to and had plenty of time to me to ask all the questions I had without being rushed
