Interviews went well, however, my final interview was just the interviewer talking at length and talking over me. Any attempts for me to cut in, she'd look offended. She seemed nice but if there's a strict 30 minute cut-off, I suggest not going on for 3-5 minutes about how casual the interview is and giving the person a chance to speak. I think I spoke for 10 minutes out of the entire interview, and it was just the person running the interview talking about herself and also giving overly lengthy responses. While interviews are a chance for the person interviewing to learn about the company, you should learn about the person who took time to interview first.
