2 rounds for the interview. 1st interview was with HR. 2nd interview was with the manager I would be working under. Since it was for an internship, questions mainly revolved around a more in-depth explanatation of my background (previous internships I had also done) and why I wanted to intern at Mars. For the second and final round, it was less an interview and more an explanation of my expected role as a part of the team.

Interview
It was a fairly straight-forward interview, focusing on what I did in previous roles instead of specific technical questions. Because this was an internship interview, there was a lot of "And what did that teach you?" and "How did you grow from that experience?" questions. The main concern was not to see if I had a depth of technical skill in one area, but rather to discover if I was able to learn quickly and if I would be a good cultural fit for the internship.

A bit longger than i thought and more details than expected. The hr is very friendly and can hold the conversation flow smothly despite the long duration. Overall pretty challenging interview

A 15 minute one way video interview on their online platform, HireVue. There was essentially unlimited time to prepare and practice, and 3 trials before automatic submission. The interview can be done from anywhere and on any device with a front facing camera
