Phone screen from HR followed by panel style interviews. Two panels of 2 associates. Each session was an hour. Situational based questions about real world experience. Required specific answers demonstrating competency in their leadership capabilities.

The Mars interview process involves a phone screening. Followed by a category related case presentation with one to two rounds of interviews from the team. They responded within 2 weeks after the interview.
