I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mars in Apr 2016
Interview
I really enjoyed my first two over the phone interviews. Both interviewers were friendly, answered my questions about the company, and gave me advice for future interviews. Ultimately when it came to my panel interview, I felt that the position was not what I was looking for. (Lots of coffee making and restocking vending machines.) Great company culture though, if the right opportunity came up, I'd be there in a heartbeat.

Question 1
My experiences, behavior in hypothetical situations, and a few questions about the company. Company culture was clearly very important.
The interview process was well-structured and professionally managed overall. Communication from the recruiting team was clear, and scheduling was handled efficiently. I appreciated receiving timely updates at each stage of the process.

Question 1
My experience, my pay expectations and why I think I’d be a good fit
Fairly standard. Recruiter, hiring manager then would’ve met the director. Nothing out of the normal for an interview of this role. Standard questions about my experince, how I might deal with certain situations.
Received an email to schedule a virtual interview. Interview was recorded and conducted by AI. Questions were asked and provided a short time to answer each question. It seems impersonal, but very efficient for the company. The length of time to answer questions did not seem sufficient for the type of questions they were asking.
