Overall a very relaxed process. First initial CV, cover letter and basic competency questions. Then a face-to-face interview followed by a group assessment centre. Questions were a mixture of why the scheme and why should they hire you and a bit about anything you've put on your CV. I was told after the assessment centre I was unsuccessful as all candidates were very good, but overall I did really well in the process and just need to work on being more concise in my answers - hope this helps anyone reading this.
