The interview was totally a sudden strike. A nightmare for me I received a call in the afternoon to attend the interview the next day, and got confirmed at 6 pm. Reschedule was not allowed even I was really busy with my current job. I had no time to prepare for the interview, even no time to apply for a day off to my supervisor after 6 pm. Moreover, I had asked twice about the way of interview, got confirmed it was a person-to-person interview. So the next day I made a half-day off, took one and half hours on road, drove back home, suit up, reached the site, while was denied at the turnstile for covid restriction. Then I had to drove home the same way back. attend the interview in rush. In brief, I was pushed too hard from the start of this interview, not comfortable at all. And I was asked to be on site while kicked back.

Sets of managers interview you with generic interview questions. It'll ask you about experiences and ask you to justify why it was "important"... etc. Some managers deviate from the questions based on personality... but otherwise just think of a few good job story experiences and be able to justify how it happens to fit the particular story
